The world is very complex and it’s changing and systems thinking must be applied. You can’t break that down into little individual questions. You have to understand how all the bits are linked together and then you have to configure your organisation as a system to be able to respond to that.

Amongst peers there were really strong and consistent views that we’re in a regime change and actually it was almost universal. It was really interesting to see how different organisations are dealing with things like, sustainability, stakeholder management, insourcing versus outsourcing, culture and governance.
