Hybrid working and the transformation of the modern-day organisation

Introducing our new podcast series Investing for Tomorrow. The world is transforming at breakneck speed and we’re here to talk about what this means for investments. This month we chat to Marisa Hall, Co-head of the Thinking Ahead Institute, and Roger Urwin, Co-founder of the Institute, about hybrid working and how it will affect the investment industry and organisations into the future.

Additionally, we chat to Hugo from The Fisheries in London about how to design collaborative workspaces.

I would like to see hybrid working become a big success. To do that I think that more organisations need to do research into; how to make their workspaces more friendly, more magnetic, how to build their culture so it is stronger and aligns with that and how to communicate with employees so that (they) really understand the benefits of this hybrid experience.
