Tell me a little about yourself: I’m Jodie, I live in a small village in Lincoln with my husband and our two Samoyeds Lexi & Neville. I’m obsessed with my dogs and make no apologies for it. I’ve worked in numerous roles in the finance industry and found I could combine my organised personality with my work and therefore began to work on events. Outside of work I love an adventure, I’m always hiking up a mountain or travelling somewhere new to take in the sights with my husband and dogs. Scotland is our most favourite place so we like to spend as much time as we can up there. My husband also rides a Harley-Davidson so we like to see new places on the bike too!
What is your favourite thing about working for TAI? The people. Every single person in this team has a wealth of knowledge and such a passion for what they do which then motivates you more. Each member of this team is equally valued along with their ideas which creates a nice working atmosphere.
What motivates you? This is a hard question! I’m 100% a people pleaser plus love when things are organised so I’d say being this kind of personality definitely motivates me naturally. I’m motivated when people are happy with the work I’ve done!
Where is your favourite place to go to unwind? Scottish Highlands – preferably up a mountain or swimming in a loch with the dogs!
What do you listen to when you need to relax? I know I don’t look it but I’m I’m a heavy metal fan!
What is your favourite movie, and why? Harry Potter & The Goblet of Fire. I’m very obsessed with the Harry Potter books (my dog is Named after Neville Longbottom) but Goblet of Fire is my favourite film.
