Tell me a little about yourself: Hiya! I’m someone who loves a good puzzle — whether it’s unpacking how systems operate, figuring out how to make them fairer, or tackling the literal kind at a game night. I began as a journalist, covering business and environmental stories across India, before heading to Edinburgh to study how environmental change and global development intersect. That journey led me into ESG research helping responsible investors strengthen their capital stewardship to address evolving environmental and social challenges. Now at TAI, I continue exploring critical, big-picture questions, especially around how investment can better serve people and the planet.
What is your favourite thing about working for TAI? The team — it’s a genuine privilege to work alongside such kind, thoughtful, and talented people who’ve spent so long thinking outside the box, it basically doesn’t exist anymore. I value how deeply and fearlessly they think about the future, about systems, and about what truly matters.
What motivates you? The chance to explore how investment can be reimagined to tackle systemic challenges. At TAI, I’m motivated by work that asks tough questions and pushes the boundaries of what capital can do and who it serves.
Who have been the strongest influences in your life? My parents. I stand on their shoulders even from 5,000 miles away, with their quiet strength and integrity shaping who I am every day.
